Occupational safety operation instructions for protective engineering
1 purpose: to ensure the construction safety of subgrade protective engineering and the safety of construction machinery, and prevent accidents; At the same time, optimize the construction environment, maintain the surrounding environment, and ensure the health and safety of employees
2 scope of application: applicable to safe operation and environmental protection of subgrade protection engineering construction

4 specific requirements:
4.1 masonry of protective works
4.1.1 solid scaffolding must be erected for slope protection
4.1.2 masonry works must be built from bottom to top. The rubble shall not be reduced on the scaffold. No one is allowed to stand under the parapet wall when it is built. The springboard should be firm and equipped with anti slide strips when the stones are first transported to the shelves
4.1.3 plastering and pointing must be done from top to bottom. It is strictly forbidden to walk on the built slope, and ladders must be used to go up and down. When working on the scaffold, no one is allowed to operate or stay under the scaffold, and no masonry above or pointing below is allowed
4.2 mortar mixer operation
4.2.1 the mixer should be placed firmly. Before starting up, it must be confirmed that the transmission and all parts of the device are firm *, the operation is flexible, and it is not allowed to use hands or sticks to reach into the barrel to clean the mortar at the mouth of the barrel during operation
4.2.2 in case of failure during operation, cut off the power supply immediately and pour out the mortar in the cylinder
4.3 mortar sprayer operation
4.3.1 mortar delivery pump
(1) each joint of the delivery pipeline should be firmly connected and provided with a solid support. Try to reduce the length of the pipe and the number of bends, and do not pressurize or hang heavy objects on the pipe
(2) idling shall be carried out before operation, and the operation can be carried out only after confirming that the rotation direction is correct, the circuit switch, transmission protection device and hopper filter are complete
(3) inject mortar into the pump after normal operation; The mortar pump must operate continuously. When the mortar is not used for a short time, the return valve should be opened to make the mortar circulate in the pump; If the shutdown time is long, pump once every 3 ~ 5min to make the mortar flow in the pipeline and pump body to prevent condensation and blockage
(4) check whether the pointer of the pressure gauge is normal at any time during work, and check whether the ball valve, closed seat and extrusion pipe are abnormal. If slurry leakage is found, stop the machine and repair it before continuing to gradually reform the production equipment to fully automated operation
(5) in case of shutdown due to fault, open the slurry discharge valve to reduce the pressure, and then eliminate the fault; When the pressure of mortar pump does not drop to zero, the air chamber, pressure safety valve and pipeline shall not be dismantled
4.3.2 mortar sprayer
(1) the sprayer shall be kept clean internally, and the personnel of the delivery pump and the sprayer shall be closely contacted and coordinated
(2) no one is allowed to stand within 5m in front of the nozzle; When the work stops, the nozzle shall not face the direction of someone
(3) if the feeding hose is blocked, gently tap the outer wall with a wooden stick. If it is invalid, dismantle the rubber hose after closing the mortar and blow it through with compressed air
(4) when converting the working face with high praise from experts, the feeding hose shall not be dragged and bent anywhere
4.4 there is stress on the section of the retaining wall. The excavation foundation of the wall should set up a safe slope according to the soil quality, humidity and the depth of excavation, otherwise it should set up appropriate enclosure support. The slope of foundation pit wall can be handled with reference to table 4.4

note: this table is applicable to the situation that the depth of the foundation pit is within 5m, there is no groundwater, and the soil structure is uniform
4.5 during manual foundation excavation, the earthwork thrown from the foundation pit shall be excavated and transported at the same time. When the earth table is used to throw and transport the excavated soil in layers, the width of the step shall not be less than 0.7m, and the height shall not be more than 1, without any porosity, excess space, inclusions or other defects.5m. The earthwork temporarily stacked at the upper edge of the foundation pit shall be at least 0.8m away from the pit edge, and the stacking height shall not exceed 1.5m
4.6 the surplus soil during slope trimming cannot be scattered at the foot of the slope or at the side ditch at will, and should be concentrated and then discarded in the spoil ground
4.7 when trimming the slope, pay attention to protecting the original vegetation to ensure that there is no water and soil loss
4.8 mechanical workers and special workers shall be protected according to the relevant requirements of this construction operation document
4.9 when excavating foundation pit, pay attention to whether the noise of excavator and rammer is within the standard range, and the exhaust emission and vibration of machinery are within the allowable range. Check whether the machine leaks oil at any time
4.10 the excavated foundation pit soil shall be stacked neatly, the height of the soil pile shall not exceed 1.5m, and the distance between the toe of the soil pushing slope and the edge of the foundation pit shall not be less than 1.0m
4.11 pay attention to the discharge of sewage after the test, and do not discharge it into residents' drinking well water, drinking river water and farmland
4.12 the transportation of cement and concrete shall not be overloaded and spilled. When pointing, a lot of mortar and concrete shall not be spilled
4.13 prevent asphalt spillage during the construction of asphalt expansion joints. Boil asphalt in an open place to prevent the remaining asphalt from pouring into farmland, rivers or infiltrating into good fields
4.14 after the construction is completed, the site should be cleaned up in time, the construction waste should be disposed of, and the remaining materials should be recycled in time
4.15 the centralized mixing plant should be built in a place with moderate location, slightly far away from residents, stable foundation and open space
